Great experience all the way around!

Always a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned by Alicia, the dental hygienist, who somehow makes it enjoyable. She also convinced me to floss regularly, which I never used to do until she warned me about bacteria harboring between our gums. Alicia has a way with words! My dentist Dr. Franklin Chu looks like an Asian movie star, so he’s easy on the eyes as well as your teeth, LOL. Staff is warm and friendly. This is probably the most fun dental office I’ve ever visited! Update: Just had a gum graft to fix my receding gums. The wait was super long and I was already anxious and the room started to feel chilly. A staff member named Joycie kindly stepped into the room to check up on me and offered me a blanket as she noticed how cool the room was. I was given a local anesthesia so I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, but I somehow felt the sensation of the needle and thread going through my gums. It was uncomfortable and scary just thinking about it, but that warm blanket somehow made things more cozy and tolerable for me. I’m so grateful for Joycie’s kindness and warm smile. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel much pain the next day after the gum graft. I kept taking ibuprofen for the mild swelling, though. I’m feeling more confident about the next appointment for the second gum graft next month. Additionally, I want to add that my dental hygienist Alicia recommended TheraBreath Oral Rinse to combat halitosis. It’s probably the most effective product out there for bad breath and the prevention of tonsil stones! Highly recommend this dental office!
